UNODOSTRESCUATRO (6) wound up nicely last time over 1400m at Matamata to finish fourth. Expected to relish the extra ground and will pay to follow up. SOL DE OTONO (9) was well fancied last time and finished a close second over 1600m at Awapuni to remain a maiden. Should be poised just off the lead. Will play a major role. REKINDLE (16) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at Matamata, beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth. Meets a stronger field but she is up to the task. MODELO (1) had been racing well prior to finishing 5.5 lengths back in fourth over 1600m at Matamata. Should camp just off the leaders. Must be respected.
