Capable of overwhelming this field late in proceedings. POWER BALLARD (7) finished out of the money but was not too far away when resuming last start over 1250m at Randwick Kensington. Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. Will play a major role. POWER OF THE BRAVE (2) ran below expectations last time after being in contention on the corner at Gosford, finishing fifth and beaten 1.4 lengths starting at $4.40. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. MASSIRA (3) finished 3.5 lengths back in sixth over 1100m at Scone last time out after a gutsy win the start prior. Will find this much tougher but cannot be underestimated.
