RIVIERA REBEL (1) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 1.75 lengths over 2000m in the G3 Canterbury Gold Cup at Riccarton Park. Will again be prominent from the outset. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. FELLINI (7) did little and finished 6 lengths from the winner in 12th over 2000m at Riccarton Park last start, a less impressive effort than his fifth at Riccarton Park the run before. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role. QUINTABELLE (9) got well back over 1400m in the LR Great Easter Hcp at Riccarton Park last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 6 lengths away in tenth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. IFFIDIDIT (8) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 1400m at Riverton, scoring by half a length. Has never missed the frame second-up and appeals as a solid top-three hope.
