Decent effort last time out when prominent at the corner before finishing second over 1400m at Waverley, beaten 1.75 lengths. Nicely placed to return to winning form. PAPA SURF (1) returns from a spell of five-and-a-half months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when 13th over 1200m at Wanganui. Blinkers added; one of the better hopes. TIVACI'S AFFAIR (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at Waverley, beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
