Fitter for a fourth in a recent trial over 1000m at Rockhampton. Expected to feature on best form. GROWL (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1200m at Rockhampton, beaten 2.25 lengths into fifth. Has the ability to take care of this field. NEW LEVEL (4) was beaten for early speed and didn't come into contention when a disappointing tenth over 1400m at Rockhampton most recently. Finds a more suitable contest and can bounce back. DAUNTING LADY (8) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only fourth over 1470m at Gympie. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Don't underestimate.
