AVEBURY (1) used the inside draw to advantage last start, sitting on the pace and going on to score over 1400m at Caulfield last time out. Will go forward and should be in the finish again. ELSIE MAY (3) turned in a moderate midfield finish when resuming from a spell four weeks ago over 1400m at Flemington. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will be tough to stop. EXTREME VIRTUE (4) finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1400m at Caulfield, beaten 1.75 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. CHANGING COLOURS (11) finished second last start over 1600m at Caulfield Heath, beaten a neck. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question.
