COUSINS DAY (9) recorded a strong maiden win over 1800m at Horsham last time, getting there by 2.25 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and a bold showing is expected. ALL SO CLEAR (3) was thereabouts last time out when second at Cranbourne over 2080m, beaten a long neck. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and five minor placings from eight outings. Expected to be in the finish. EIGHT UNDER (7) raced on the speed from the outset and went to score by half a length last time over 2000m at Mildura. Is going well this campaign, recording two wins from four starts. Can sneak into the finish.
