RISCHIO (7) missed the placings two runs back then settled well back last start when 6 lengths away in 11th over 2200m at Trentham. Has the talent to take this out. HAYATE (9) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 2100m at Pukekohe. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. STARRY EYED (10) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when ninth, beaten 9 lengths, over 1600m at Ellerslie. Likely improver with strong prospects. LADY'S SECRET (11) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 5 lengths into fifth over 1600m at Wanganui. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
