COMBAT SPICA (6) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 1400m at this track six months ago and has not been produced since. Sure to improve and can make it back-to-back wins. FLUGEL KU (8) is third up today and looks close to a win after finishing a close second last time out over 1200m at Funabashi. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. One of the main contenders. SING OUT (2) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on 1/01/2025, finishing fifth and beaten 8 lengths over 1500m at Kawasaki. Makes plenty of appeal.
