KING NO JO (2) was well held in the Mainichi Hai won by Fandom over 1800m at Hanshin at his last appearance ten weeks ago. Can feature in this easier company. SHANKS (3) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 1800m at Niigata three weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. LE PAVILLON (4) turned in a decent effort last start when she did her best work late to finish third over 1600m at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. PETIT PRINCE (7) ran well despite being friendless in betting last time over 1600m at Kyoto, finishing fourth and beaten one length at $20.90. Can play a role again.
