ARUGAM BAY (7) turned in a decent effort last start when he made late ground to finish third over 1400m at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. NOBLE LINER (14) made a strong late bid only to just miss when first-up as favourite last start over 1600m at Niigata. Will take a lot from that hitout. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Ready to go one better. DANON EMBLEM (4) is having his second run back from a break after finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in seventh when resuming over 1400m at this track. Will take a lot from that hitout so he should feature in the finish. SONATAN (10) is back after a break of six-and-a-half months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing second at his latest appearance over 1800m at this track. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
