CIUDAD EVITA (16) turned in a nice run last time to finish third over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt after being in the firing line on the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. MACHIAVELLI (10) resumes from a spell of 11 weeks. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 1800m at Nakayama. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. GRAND SAISON (14) raced once in the maiden preparation when 12th at Nakayama over 2000m back on March 1. Should be thereabouts. SOUFFLER (3) finished fifth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Nicely placed to take this out.
