MART (8) built on a nice second two starts back at Lingfield with a win as favourite over 1200m at Lingfield four days ago, getting home by half a length. Meeting a tougher field but on current form he is good enough to take this out. EMPEROR CARADOC (2) finished fourth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out after being in contention on the corner to score by one length over 1220m at Nottingham. Meets a stronger field but he is up to the task. HARRY'S HALO (1) resumes today after filling a minor placing at his last appearance at Newmarket (Rowley) over 1200m on November 2. Has to be respected. LORD ABAMA (5) is building towards a win with placings at his last two runs, the latest effort a second over 1220m at Nottingham when beaten one length. Should be poised just off the lead. Don't underestimate.
