Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from four starts. Should be in the finish. BELLUTTA (16) disappointed last time when 14th over 1800m at this track after a close third at this track the run prior. Coming back in trip suits so worth another chance. MORUS (18) was below his best last time, finishing sixth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1600m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. INFERNAPE (11) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Ashburton, finishing second and only 1.3 lengths from the winner at the end of 1400m. Looks well placed so expect a bold display.
