Likely to feature. OCEAN LIGHT (5) saluted at Gore two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when third over 2000m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. FREDDIE TIME (7) finished fourth two runs back in the G3 Manawatu Classic at Trentham then improved last time out to score by 1.3 lengths as public elect after being prominent at the bend over 1400m at Riverton. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to cope. ROYAL VALOUR (2) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by 0.8 lengths over 1600m at this track. Can figure in the finish.
