BAY COLONY (2) resumed from a spell last start with a sound third over 1609m at Naas after being in the firing line on the bend. Nicely placed to go a couple better. DIAMOND EXCHANGE (3) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1609m at Naas, beaten 32 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. MATRICE (6) is a two-start maiden who was close to a win before a five months break, finishing off with a minor placing at Dundalk All Weather. Tackling a longer journey this time. Nicely placed and can kick this campaign off on a bright note. JANNAH STAR (5) is a first-starter by Sea The Stars from Jumooh who has been a prolific producer including a winner at the elite level.
