LA FINESSE (3) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when seventh over 1400m at this track, beaten 14 lengths. Enjoys a drop in grade so she is a major player. NUEVO HORIZONTE (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing fourth and only 1.75 lengths from the winner at the end of 1200m. Likely improver with strong prospects. RIO DE LOS CIERVOS (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 3 lengths into sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MI MIKAELA (9) hasn't been far away recently including last time out when third over 1200m at this track. Should be prominent from the outset. Not to be discounted.
