SOFT LOVE (6) came from well back on the bend to score last time out over 1200m at Caulfield. Has a strong association with Harry Coffey who has been in the saddle for her last three wins. Well placed and should be in the finish. THAMES (12) was given a short break after hitting the frame over 1200m at Mornington. Kept ticking over with a subsequent trial at Rosehill. Winning claims on best figures. WAVE BREAKER (10) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a spell last start over 1100m at Warwick Farm. Will take a lot from that hitout. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. DUCK EGG BLUE (11) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a long neck from the winner in second over 1200m at Gosford. Finds a nice race and can keep improving.
