This doesn't look as hard so he can bounce back. BERMONDSEY (2) is back from a break of three-and-a-half months. Raced twice in his maiden campaign and wasn't far away on either occasion including the last run when fourth over 1200m at Sandown-Lakeside. Inside draw will assist and can go on with it this time in work. BELLA PIETRA (8) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Donald over 1200m. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but is capable of featuring. VEOMAS (7) raced once in the maiden preparation when 12th in the LR Debutante Stakes at Caulfield over 1000m back on October 16. Plenty of scope for improvement.
