BEADMAN (4) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten a neck, over 1000m at Kembla Grange on debut. Will be tough to stop again. SWAG (9) showed ability at his only start back on December 27 when second over 1000m at Canberra. Handy draw will assist and another bold showing is on the cards. RUSTEMO (15) returned from a spell three weeks ago when he was beaten 2.25 lengths into fourth over 1000m at Hawkesbury. Fitter this time. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SOUTHERN PRINCE (16) has not raced since his debut back on December 21 when he finished seventh over 1000m at Randwick. Improver who can feature in the finish.
