HIDDEN HAIL (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1200m at Grafton, beaten only 0.6 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. NO RAGRETS (5) led throughout last start to score an effortless 4 lengths win over 1000m at Ballina. One of the top chances again. MISS WATERLINE (4) impressed when successful as favourite on debut over 1015m at Ballina five-and-a-half months ago and has not raced since. Has since been kept ticking over with a Gold Coast trial placing. Will come on following that run and looks a definite threat. VOCATION (7) took advantage of the good draw and raced on the pace last start then boxed on well to finish second, beaten 1.75 lengths, over 1050m at Inverell. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
