SPERANZOSO (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at Scone, beaten 16 lengths into seventh. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SHIPSHAPE (10) finished 2.7 lengths away from the winner last time at Mudgee and drops in the weights. Rates a leading contender. IMASUPERSTAR (5) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing sixth over 1300m at Canberra. Look for a better run this time out. LIFE'S A PARTY (6) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by a head over 1100m at Bathurst. Open to plenty of improvement and appeals as a solid top-three hope.
