SUNNY TIMES (18) finished 5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 1400m at Sale two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Will find this a little easier than last time. Better placed this time and is a genuine threat. SPIRIT ANGEL (5) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 1600m at Werribee, finishing third and beaten 0.6 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. HIBERNIA QUEEN (14) raced below her best last time when tenth over 1800m at Kerang, beaten 11 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is one of the key runners. SMART ELISSIM (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1600m at Swan Hill, beaten 4 lengths into seventh. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
