BRANDJAM (3) resumed over 1000m last time out and turned in a solid effort to finish second at this track when he was always up in the leading division. The extra journey should play into his hands. Ready to win. ROYAL INVADER (9) was strongly fancied when third last time over 1400m at Pakenham. Kept fresh since the last run. Among the leading chances. SOCIAL CONSCIENCE (1) started at $7 last time on the back of a win at Sale two starts ago but was below his best, finishing sixth over 1205m at Sale. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. VERSAILLE (11) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1200m at Pakenham. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
