KATIM'S CLUB (3) started at $8 last time and ran below expectations, finishing eighth and beaten 8 lengths at Murray Bridge over 1600m. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. TURF TWO (8) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished 1.3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1400m at Pakenham after being prominent at the bend. Finds a more suitable contest and can turn things around. SURFY PETE (5) ran well despite being friendless in betting last time over 1400m at Hamilton, finishing third and beaten 1.5 lengths at $41. Can make an impact again.
