HARD TO TOP (8) tackled a dirt track for the first time last start when second-up from a spell, finishing fifth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 1000m at this track. Fair effort last start - happy to stick. RULESQUE (3) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 3.5 lengths back in fourth over 1000m at this track. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish. CABLE GIRL (9) resumes from a spell of ten months. Could only manage to finish 12th at the latest run over 1300m at Northam. Rates highly and is a chance to break through. GRANITE ROCK (5) kicked off for his new trainer on dirt track for the first time last start when beaten 2 lengths into third over 1000m at this track. Will be better for the recent experience and is worth plenty of thought again.
