Should be poised just off the lead. Expecting a bold showing. SOMETHING SPLENDID (8) was a new acquisition for the P W Chapple-Hyam stable last start when he made steady ground to run into third over 1680m at Nottingham at the first run back from a spell. Expected to run well again. KEBLE SPIRIT (6) returned from a spell two weeks ago when he was beaten 13 lengths into seventh over 1600m at Kempton Park All Weather. Nicely placed to take this out. BABYLON (1) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1400m at Wolverhampton, beaten 1.5 lengths. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
