POWER OF GOLD (3) has a moderate winning strike-rate but did a good job when returning from a break last time at Pontefract, finishing third and only 0.8 lengths from the winner at the end of 1600m after being in the firing line on the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. OBERON HILL (10) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 3.5 lengths away in third over 1400m at Newcastle All Weather. Hard to leave out.
