STAR VANTAGE (3) finished second two back in a hurdle (5400m) at Sedgefield. Couldn't emulate that effort last time out, beaten 4.5 lengths into fourth in a hurdle (4900m) at Haydock Park. Must be respected. SHE HAS NOTIONS (7) returned from a spell last start with a solid third in a hurdle (4320m) at Newton Abbot with today's rider Freddie Keighley steering. Hard to knock. LES'S JERSEY ROYAL (6) did fairly well when he finished second in a hurdle (4280m) at Wincanton two runs back. Less effective last time when 8 lengths away in sixth in a hurdle (4400m) at Stratford-On-Avon. Cannot be dismissed.
