VINA SAIGON (12) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish second over 1500m at Kawasaki. Can cross and take up a prominent position. Winning rider Takayuki Yano stays aboard. Expecting a bold showing. BRAVE RULER (6) proved too strong last start and scored by 2.5 lengths over 1500m at this track. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Yoichiro Muro who has four wins when partnering stays on. One of the contenders. ODENSHITA (4) turned in a fine effort to score by 2.5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp.
