FLORENZA (6) finished second at Pukekohe two runs back but was less effective last time over 1400m at Ellerslie, finishing 5 lengths back in seventh. Has the talent to produce a better result. LADY SOLITAIRE (7) was never in contention last time over 1400m at Ellerslie when she finished 11th, beaten 7 lengths. This offers her a great chance of breaking through. CLASSIC CHAMPAGNE (8) faced the starter for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing fourth at Matamata over 1200m, beaten 5 lengths. Should do better this time around. SHAMOKIN (9) faced the starter for the first time and finished seventh last start at Hawera over 1400m, beaten 10 lengths. Better for that run and can improve sharply.
