BRINTON (1) improved sharply on her seventh two starts back at Lingfield All Weather with success as public elect over 1700m at Wolverhampton a month ago, getting home by 0.8 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. TIMEBAR (9) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fifth in a 1600m contest at this track three weeks ago. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is good enough to play a major role. GLOBAL RESOLVE (6) again failed to feature last start, finishing eighth and beaten 9 lengths over 2000m at Chelmsford. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. One to consider. CROWD QUAKE (12) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 1000m at Wolverhampton. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
