Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. PRAY FOR MIR (11) was right in contention when they turned for home and kept finding to finish second last start over 1600m at this track, beaten half a length. Steps up a level but he is good enough to feature. RED LION (1) was sent out at $90 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1600m in the G1 Champions Mile at this track. Cannot be ruled out based on the latest effort.
