THE BOOM BOX (2) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.8 lengths of the winner in third last start over 1400m at this track. Settles back early but winds up late. Will be tough to hold out. BRILLIANT EXPRESS (1) got the job done last start at this track over this distance. Has a very good record over today's journey with three wins from six starts. Leading contender. SUPER INFINITY (7) wound up strongly only to just miss as favourite last start over 1200m at this track. Should be near his peak for this. Ready to go one better. POPE CODY (4) was given a short break after finishing tenth over 1400m at this track. Kept ticking over since that run with a trial at Sha Tin AW. Cannot be taken lightly.
