PONY EXPRESS (2) First run back from a break of 37 weeks. Worked hard to finish 2nd beaten by 2 3/4L last time at this track and gets a favourable gate. Worth strong consideration. MYSTIC SPIRIT (3) Kept chasing when 4th last run at the track and will be well suited at the trip. Displays good tactical speed. Will find this grade easier. Looks to be value. VARNEY (6) Gave them all something to chase to win by 5 1/2L last run at Pimlico and getting better in recent performances. Jockey Juan J Hernandez is an asset. Worth a ticket.
