GARDEN OASIS (6) finished third over 1600m at Pontefract at his most recent appearance on September 19. Sure to make his presence felt. BROKEN SPEAR (8) finished 3.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1200m at Southwell All Weather two weeks ago. Steps up in distance today. Has a 100% top-three strike rate at this course after four starts. Shapes as one to consider. BOWOOD (3) was last at the races when he finished 11th over 1600m at Southwell All Weather on January 23. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
