AQUIMAN (8) has been kept fresh since he resumed last start and proved too strong, scoring by a nose over 1000m at this track. Fitter for that last hitout and looks sure to run well again. Can make it back-to-back wins. CAPE TO RIO (7) turned in a modest performance when fifth last time out over 1400m at La Plata, beaten 10 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is good enough to feature. FIRE CLASS (4) finished sixth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1200m at San Isidro, beaten only one length. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. MEZCAL PURO (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1100m at San Isidro. Placed to advantage so anticipating another big run.
