MATETSI (3) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score by a neck over 2100m at Riccarton Park Synthetic. In great form and is well-placed to feature again. DIVINE SPIRIT (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Wingatui. Couldn't follow that up last time out when third over 2200m at Wingatui, beaten 5.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is a leading player. ZADANE (1) finished tenth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1600m at Phar Lap Racecourse, beaten only 1.2 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. DAVID MOSS (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1400m at Wingatui. Likely improver so plenty to like about his chances.
