THE DRAGON KING (7) is back after a break of seven months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1000m at Southwell All Weather. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. INVICTUS GOLD (3) found a couple better when resuming last start at this track over this distance after he was in the firing line on the bend. Has a very good record over today's journey with two wins from four starts. Should park just off the speed. Will prove tough to beat. DARK CLOUD RISING (8) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 1.75 lengths over 1200m at Pontefract. Will be better for that latest run and is among the winning hopes again. HOODIE HOO (11) was prominent at the corner and finished second last start over 1200m at Kempton Park All Weather, beaten 1.3 lengths. Should take a lot from that hit-out. In the right race and is a top-three hope.
