ZARATHOS (7) ran below expectations last time after being in contention on the turn at Musselburgh, finishing fifth and beaten 5.5 lengths starting at $3.30. This is a nice drop in grade so he is sure to be prominent. SOLDIERS STAR (5) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished one length away in fifth last time out over 1400m at Haydock Park after being prominent at the turn. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is right in contention. MAYDAY MALONE (9) is on a quick turnaround after a solid second over 1500m at Chester six days ago. Nice run last time and should feature. CAIRDEAS (3) was below his best last time when 19th over 1400m at York, beaten 9 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
