Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Expecting a bold showing. KIHAVAH (1) is progressing well this preparation. Opened with a ninth in the G2 Scottish Champion Hurdle at Ayr two starts back then landed the prize by a head last time out after being in contention on the turn over 2800m at Musselburgh. No reason he cannot salute again. WILD WAVES (4) was well in the market first up from a spell last start over 2800m at Musselburgh but was safely held in 12th, beaten 36 lengths. Worth noting his strong second-up record. Will make his presence felt. ALIGN THE STARS (3) turned in a nice run when fresh from a spell two starts back at Nottingham then missed the placings last time when 41 lengths from the winner in 14th over 2800m at Musselburgh. Fitter and worth another chance.
