SANDY LANE (8) finished out of the money but was not too far away when resuming last start over 1400m at Trentham. Should park just off the speed. Will prove tough to beat. ROSESRRED (12) missed the placings two runs back then settled well back last start when 7 lengths away in 11th over 1340m at Wanganui. Faces an easier assignment so she is a major player. HORONUKU (1) bounced back last start and scored by a long neck over 1400m at Hawera. No reason he cannot salute again. ROSETOWN PRINCESS (6) ran below expectations last start, finishing sixth and beaten 9 lengths at Arawa Park over 1400m. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
