ALASKAN LIGHT (5) is a talented filly who tackled tougher grade last time, finishing 6 lengths behind Secret Hideaway over 1000m in the LR Marygate Fillies' Stakes at York. Well placed and expected to feature. FILLY FODEN (6) is yet to break through after three career starts. Managed to find the placings at Thirsk two starts back before finishing fourth over 1000m at Salisbury last start. Likely to play a major role. U TURN (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1000m at Beverley, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Meets a stronger field but he is worth serious consideration. KODIGARA (2) is on a quick turnaround after a moderate fifth over 1000m at Hamilton Park a week-and-a-half ago. Can make amends.
