THE SECRET PEARL (5) has failed to figure of late. Last start she could only manage sixth in a G2 hurdle (4120m) at Newbury. That came after she in a hurdle (3900m) at Bangor-On-Dee. Hard to fault on her best form and must be respected. JUST HER TYPE (1) has failed to figure of late. Last time out she missed the placings in a maiden hurdle (3900m) at Wetherby. That came after she was pulled up in a maiden hurdle (3910m) at Lingfield. Certainly deserves another chance. PLUS POINT (3) was well in commission when fresh from a spell last time out and making her first appearance over the obstacles. Only managed to finish 10 lengths away in fifth on that occasion in a maiden hurdle (3300m) at Doncaster. That run came after a switch to the Billy Aprahamian stable. Should be further improved and worth plenty of thought.
