POPCORN (13) defied a lack of market support last start, scoring by 5 lengths over 1500m at Urawa. Can repeat the dose. MISS PHANTOM (4) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 6 lengths, over 1600m at Funabashi. Has further improvement to come and can find peak form this time. POTENZA (6) finished out of the money two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 5 lengths when fifth in a 1400m contest at this track five weeks ago. The engagement of Ryo Novata is noteworthy. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. CAP (11) produced a better run last start, beaten 7 lengths into fifth over 1500m at Urawa. Nicely placed to find some form.
