Likely improver with strong prospects. KYBER CRYSTAL (4) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1000m at this track after being prominent at the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. STARTLING (5) is on a quick turnaround after a moderate sixth over 1220m at Wolverhampton a week-and-a-half ago. Deserves another chance. MARIS ANGEL (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 10 lengths away in eighth over 1000m at Catterick. Nicely placed to find some form.
