GOODMAN (1) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 11 lengths, at this track over 1600m. Has raced two times at this course and distance and is yet to be beaten. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. RYUNO MASAMUNE (11) settled well back then sprouted wings to score by 1.5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a far better run. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. RAINBOW POLARIS (7) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing eighth at this track over 1200m. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better.
