Nicely placed to bounce back. FRESCO VAINQUEUR (11) is back after a break of 12 weeks. Looking to emulate his win at this track at the beginning of last prep. Expect him to play a major role. KITASAN DOSHIN (6) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by half a length over 1600m at this track. Open to plenty of improvement and this looks well within his grasp. ZAO (8) raced on the speed from the outset and went to score by 4 lengths last time over 1800m at this track. Has been in the top three at all seven starts here, including three wins. Not to be discounted.
