BRAVE NATION (6) made significant late ground last start to get up for third over 1000m at Newmarket (Rowley). Has a good record here at this journey, including three wins. Should run very well. SANAT (7) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 1000m at Southwell All Weather. Can measure up. CASTAN (12) finished third two runs back at Beverley then improved last time out to score by a neck over 1000m at Thirsk. Andrew Breslin scored on him last time and retains the ride. Stepping up a level this time but on current form he is one of the chief contenders. OVER THE BLUES (1) is coming off a last-start seventh, beaten 5.5 lengths, over 1200m at Haydock Park. Has solid credentials.
