Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. EASTERN STAR (7) finished 9 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 2500m at Le Croisé-Laroche, an improvement on his 12th at Saint-Cloud the run before. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. WUKHANN (2) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing sixth at Strasbourg over 3000m. Best figures measure up nicely. Should be about the money.
